Your pleasure is our first concern.
The surrounding will contribute to revitalizing yourself in the sense of the most honorific of the word.
We do our best in order to create the harmony of the instant: the ingredients of the suggested dishes come directly from the nearby farm. Other selected suppliers also deliver us products respectfully obtained of biodynamic principles, or by other organical methods excluding any use of synthesis products.
For the after-meal well-being of our guests, the kitchen team works without any butter or fat, while making a good use of vegetable, aromatic herbs and various spices coulis, “à la minute”.
For being served with your dishes, we suggest you some wines, which grapes have been selected, growing up and then bottled with a particularly meticulous attention. We are constantly searching for new organic producers for the purpose of satisfying the curiosity and sense of taste of our well-experienced guests.
To conclude the tasty experience you went through, we offer a large choice of bio herbal tea from the garden and coffee cultivated in respect of the biodynamical concept, in Mexico. The coffee beans come from a cooperative for a fair trade and are roasted by our partner Café de l’Aubier in Neuchâtel.
We are persuaded that you will be able to appreciate the meal and the moderate amount of the bill. Our target remains to defend a quality lifestyle, accessible for a majority
