Balsam für Leib und Seele sind auch die Speisen, die im hoteleigenen Restaurant auf den Tisch kommen. Die sorgfältig ausgewählten Rohprodukte werden beim lokalen Bio-Bauer oder von regionalen Lieferanten bezogen; wann immer möglich in Bio-Qualität. Flexibilität bleibt in der Chesa Randolina kein Lippenbekenntnis: Das täglich wechselnde Menu kann auf Wunsch vegetarisch oder vollwertig bestellt werden.

Die Qual der Wahl hat der Gast beim Wein. Mehr als 200 Tropfen von über 150 Winzern locken. Kein Wunder, kehren nicht nur die Schwalben (Rumantsch: Las Randolinas) immer wieder gerne nach Sils-Baselgia zurück.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir am Abend eine Vorbestelllung der Speisen bis 13:00 Uhr benötigen.
