Ich heiße Nicolas Curtil und betreibe das kleine chez nico. Mit meiner Erfahrung in Fine Dining und Haute Cuisine der Weltmetropolen London und Paris sowie meiner großen Begeisterung für kulinarische Kunstwerke möchte ich in Innsbruck ein Restaurant schaffen, das niveauvolle Küche mit familiärer Gemütlichkeit vereint. Leichtigkeit soll hier vor Etikette stehen. Anfang 2010 habe ich mich entschieden, auf Fleisch und Fisch zu verzichten, und so finden Sie auf meiner Speisekarte persönliche vegetarische Kreationen - frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Ich freue mich auf Ihren Besuch!
