wir sind als einziges restaurant im zürcher oberland mit der bio-knospe und von gout-mieux (wwf) zertifiziert. auch folgen wir den grundsätzen der slow-food vereinigung, was bedeutet wir nehmen uns zeit zum kochen - sie nehmen sich zeit zu geniessen. in unserer menukarte finden sie immer vegane und glutenfreie menukreationen.

soziale verantwortung im wirtschaften - für uns kein fremdwort. wir bieten in zusammenarbeit mit dem verein sorebo ausbildungsplätze für jugendliche mit schwierigem hintergrund an.
